International Professional Visitors

Up to 4000 visitors from more than 40 nations are expected once again this year at the expo PetroTrans in Kassel's exhibition halls.

Specialists from the areas of trade and forwarding can learn about the latest trends and developments at the fair. Furthermore, the trade fair is also relevant to professionals from oil companies, bureaus of standards and TÜV. In addition to the exhibitors and their offers, there is an informative seminar programme and the innovation award.

TRADE FAIR SITE

The expo PetroTrans 2010 takes place in halls 1 to 4 as well as the outside premises of the Kassel Exhibition. Manufacturers and service providers from Germany and other European countries are presented on around 10,000 m² of exhibition space.

The city on the Fulda with its outstanding traffic connections as well as the exhibition grounds itself is very convincing due to its central location, short routes and an infrastructure that meets the needs. Due to the direct motorway connection to the A7, A44 as well as the A49, and with the ICE train station nearby, the trip will be made easy for exhibitors and visitors alike. Hanover can be reached with the ICE in one hour and Frankfurt is only 1.5 hours away. Approximately 5000 beds are available in Kassel’s hotels and inns. The price per night/person is between Euro 23.00 and Euro 116.00.

Almost one million visitors pass through the gates of the large 40,000 m² exhibition grounds, which has 3200 free parking spaces around the 14 halls.

Trade fairs and similar events have taken place in this North Hessian city since 1961. Around 40 organisers use this ideal location each year for their purposes, and the trend is increasing.
